The new big picture need for time management

Do you think the current economic climate would affect participant mindsets towards time management training?

Pre pandemic the most common issues attendees wanted to address were important but granular ie. workflow, email management, planning, prioritisation etc.

All still valid issues to address today.

However, bigger issues has replaced the detailed objectives.

And that is most staff feel hopelessly out of control which leads onto busyness, overwhelm and ineffectiveness.

They want to feel in control to:

πŸ‘‰ Get results β€“ see the fruit of their labour
πŸ‘‰ Save time β€“ by increasing efficiency
πŸ‘‰ Work from anywhere β€“ without having to work longer hours to make up for lost time

What I’m loving about the bigger picture issues is it’s enabled time management training sessions to be pitched at a higher level.

Attendees realise ineffective time management skills are either holding them back or the root cause of many their issues so the β€œwhat’s in it for me” is making buy in and change management easier.

I'd love to know what's holding you back from maximising your effectiveness.
